Fences Pages Problem

Please, Fence me in!

Hey guys, I made some pages with fences and I have two problems.

 

Firstly, when right clicking a folder and adding to desktop, twice I had it not show up. Later, when making pages, I drag the page to the right, and I can see two identical sets of icons with no fences, yet they move across the screen with the other fence portals.

 

Secondly, when I drag the pages to the right, they snap back to the left when I let go of the mouse.

I'm gonna go ahead and reinstall Fences to get rid of this mess.
