[BUG] creating a folder portal(s) overlaps current desktop icons

Description

When Fences has View, deselect auto arrange icons, is deselected, when creating a folder portal from existing folder on desktop, creates a folder portal overlapping the desktop icons.

Right click on desktop, View, deselect auto arrange icons

Fences version 2.10.0.485

Os Win7 64bit

Right click on folder and select show this folder on desktop

By all rights this shouldn't happen at all Fences is creating more problems that its worth the problem it intends to resolve.

My suggestion for how to fix this BUG is that the Fence/portal would automatically repel itself from surrounding icons (more desirable) as one would expect since auto arranging was turned off. Or even the Icons would be "knocked out".

Of course it would also help if Stardock actually acknowledged these reports instead of just ignoring them and more importantly FIX it and provide updated binaries,
