Support not responding.

I emailed Stardock on Saturday and then submitted a ticket with the same message a day later. I have recieved no response at all and it is Tuesday. How long does it take Stardock to get to a support ticket?

Please try again or post the case ID from the auto-response you would have received on case creation.
