All my Fences are gone

Set up Fences 2.0 on 6/10.  Restarted the computer this morning, and my Fences are gone.

Restored from a snapshot from yesterday (several fences are visible); nothing appears on my desktop.  

Since I have moved my desktop icons into various fences, it appears I have lost all my desktop icons.  (Fortunately, I didn't have very many.)

Is my configuration truly lost, or is there a way to recover it?  Is there any chance I pay for this product, or should I uninstall it now?

Thanks for any help, I was starting to like using Fences....

I take it you're using the trial? Please let us know where you dl'd from. Were there problems during the dl or installation.

When you write to [email protected], give them that info as well as your OS/firewalls/AV software...it'll help the folks there.

When you get the "autoreply", DON'T answer it. Save it...it has your 'ticket number'.

Wait for an actual person to answer before you reply.

 

A good practice is to create a "Restore point" before installing any software, btw.

If you have a recent one, you should be able to get your old desktop back...
