Ability to change start icon is greyed out

I have latest version of Start8 with Windows 8, however, the checkbox that allows you to select what your start icon you can choose is greyed out. I am currently running Windowblinds, Decor8 in addition to start8.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have enabled WindowBlinds to allow Start8 to use it's start button:

Then, in Start8 use the "Pick image.." button

Made sure the box was selected but "Pick Image" is still greyed out in Start8.
