Custom Faction Question

How do I create a custom faction that has Soul Spark? I click the Create Character button, select Periden, then click New, but I can't find anything that will give the new faction Soul Spark.

Soul Spark is the tactical combat ability associated with Amarian Blood (i.e. the Blood trait that is used by the Pariden default faction)

what azunai want's to say, is that you only need to choose amarian blood/pariden and then you will get it automaticly. you do not need to select an additional trait.

I find soul spark to be a pretty good ability and all your units get it.

When you click "Create Character" you're not creating a new faction, only a new sovereign for any existing faction :p
Creating factions is done from the toolkit in the main menu.
