DeskScapes8 Activation Issues (Activation Limit Reached)

I recently installed DeskScapes 8, and had all manner of trouble trying to get it to write the "activation signature."

I tried activating some number of times, reinstalled, and tried again, and now I'm out of product activations.

 

I believe I've found a solution to the issue of the application not working properly by running it as an administrator, but now I'm out of activations.

Would it be possible to get that reset? I would really appreciate it.

Your activation count has been reset. Please try running as admin. You should be able to activate then.

Please reset activation count for  Deskscapes 8    

I tried to install in after reinstalling my pc and it said maximum activation reached,plese halp me.
