Getting Fences to work together with Multiplicity 2.0

Having problems with drag=and-drop of icons

Hi Everyone, I have purchased both Fences and Multiplicity and all is well...until!

  1. i enabled second desktop for Fences where i can store personal icons and shortcuts
  2. i enabled icon dragging to other screens in multiplicity
  3. when I selected some icons, and drag them over (in hoping to get to the second PC), the icons get dragged to the second desktop.
  4. if i disabled the mouse drag to the second desktop, I can drag files from one PC to another with multiplicity, but i can't go to my second desktop.

 

any bright ideas on how i can go around this problem?

The problem is the fences feature for switching pages is simply incompatible with dragging a shortcut off the screen.

A solution is to disable the option to make it auto switch pages on dragging to screen edge and instead set Fences to switch pages based on dragging the desktop with both mouse buttons.
