Resizing Hand cursor for tablet presentation

I want to create a presentation where my screen looks like a tablet.  I would like my cursor to be an almost  full size hand.  It would be nice if something happened (ie the finger bent or something) when I clicked on the screen.  I looked at the "hand" cursor.  It looks good but very small.  I don't mind paying the price for plus to resize this if it will work.  Does resize allow the cursor to be made almost as large as a real hand.  I have my doubts.  If it does, does the image look fuzzy or very weird that size?

Does anyone have an alternative suggestion?  I have downloaded cursor attention software and added a picture of a real hand but I can't move or bend the finger when something is selected.  Has anyone tried this?  Is there anyway that someone from stardock could make the "hand" cursor package really large and let me try it?
