still waiting response for a tickect

activation on a non-internet computer

Today i bought the start8 and i installed in my computer that actually DONT have internet connection i was requested to send a file2267 to recieve another file to activate my Start8.I have made 3 requested calls and nothing happen no body answer the ticket!
