Little fix for the new feature "visible taskbar"

Hi, I like very much the new feature, which allows to see the taskbar under the Windows 8 start menu.

However, I actually think this should be enhanced: in particular, I use Windows 7 style, but sometimes I get into the Windows 8 Start.

In this condition, I can't take advantage of the new feature.

So I really would like to use the new feature even when getting into the Windows 8 menu FROM the Windows 7 menu.

Other few features that I would like to see are a Shutdown Menu in the Windows 8 Start (for example, close to the User Icon, in the top right corner) and an improved integration with ModernMix. When I try to open the Charms bar from the ModernMix button (in the top right corner), and the Charms Bar is disabled by Start8, the Charms fails to appear. I took a video which shows the problem.
