Feature request - drag text, images out of modern app

I want to be able to drag text or a url that is not hyperlinked into a desktop program, like a browser. Or be able to drag a picture out of an app and onto the desktop or file explorer or a browser etc. Essentially, the same functionality as a desktop program to desktop program action.

I would like this to, but i suspect it would be particularly hard to properly code.., and compatibility would be a huge problem....
