installation not possible

Hello, I bought Start8. Unfortunately I can not install the software. get the error message: side by side error

OS: Windows8 64-bit

Hello,

Please try the following:

-For Win8 Users: Open the Start Screen, and type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator' from below.
For VISTA/7 Users: click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'.
For XP Users: Click Start and then Run, Type 'cmd' and hit enter.
-VISTA/7/8 ONLY: If UAC is enabled, click 'Continue'
-Type: sfc /scannow
-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)
-When the scan has completed, please let us know the result of the scan.

so, i get now a other error:

 

Start8.x.xx.exe dont work

 

Search online to resolve the problem

clos Program

 

the log-File have 2,7MB, sorry i dont now how i can upload this file
