modern ui programs exit to metro style start menu, but only when closed with touch.

I have modernmix and start8 installed. I set modernmix to never return to the windows 8 menu when I close applications and this works if I close the application with the touchpad or a mouse. However, when I close the application using the touch screen i am returned to the windows 8 style start menu every time.

If you look in the about page in ModernMix does it say 1.0 or 1.0a?

If it says 1.0 then click the check for updates button as the 1.0a update resolved some touch issues.
