Hmm, Boston would be good for me, since I could drive there. But, as Wingnut521 said, anywhere would be a hassle for most people since the community spans the globe.

Ya, perhaps if you had it the same time as Comdex or something people could do it cobine the trips, However, I think Chicago would be realistic. %wise there is probobly more skinners there.

<----Will be staying in San Antonio.....With the exception of my second vacation next month to Pittsburgh, Erie, Charleston, Raleigh and Fayetteville.....Wish I could go, but I really don't think work would be too pleased if I ask for a fourth week off.....Plus, Im supervisor, I have my staff to worry about. Sorry Guy's and Gal's, I won't be joining you. But I do hear the Alamodome is looking for more events since the new SBC Arena is supposed to be opening this year.

I could drive to Detroit! But I think it would be more worthwhile to crash something like Gnomedex, I'm sure Chris would love to have us. Iowa is out of the way but at least there would be a lot to do over the weekend.

Boston would be cool for me also since I work there. But instead of 1 large get together, how about smaller regional ones? It may be easier to get more people involved it it were a simpler adventure.

Gnomedex was about half again larger than it was last year (it's growing every year). There was a rumor that they might move it to Vegas if they don't have it in Iowa next year. I wonder how many people we could gather up to combine with Gnomdex. Maybe have some skinning break away sessions and so forth. Any ideas? It would be really cool if we could get a group of skinners together.

After being at Comdex a few times, I think that vegas would be a blast of a place to have it.

I have a very large home situated in The 1000 Islands region and overlooking Lake Ontario/St. Lawrence River and the Islands....Why not at my house?

Seriously, any place in the Northeastern U.S. would work for me.

Although, we could take GoodMorphing into consideration. Purely out of respect for her we could hold it in Hawaii. I am one who would certainly be willing to make that sacrifice and travel that distance.

Yes, if you make the sacrifice, motion, I would be sure to find safe corners on the beach for all to stay at! Hmmm, my apartment is small but if everyone lines up just right..... The food is real good here, the weather too!

The big city of Temple, GA. Have everything we need right here, two truckstops and a barbecue joint that even serves breakfast (good thing since it's the ONLY place in town. Hehe.

On one of my trips to MA. I visited a beautiful place called JA Skinner State Park on Mount Holyoke. At the top of the Mount was an old classic hotel dating from the 1800's called 'The Summit House'.

The location is gorgeous and the name of the park is certainly appropriate.
