Anyone else having problems with video games and skins?

I just loaded the Beacon Winstyle, got it all setup last night, and then went to bed. I load up Morrowind this morning and all I get is the Windows Titlebar to Morrowind constantly flashing while I'm in the game.
Would the flashing circle in the upper left corner have anything to do with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would like to fully upgrade this product, but not if it is not going to work.

OK, well I had to uninstall Winstyles and WindowBlinds in order for my games to work, but in the process my Control Panel, Network Connections, and Printer and Faxes Icons got all chopped up and looks like colored "snow" on a TV set.

Might anyone have those original Icons so that I may fix what these programs messed up?

Is there any safe way of making my WindowsXP desktop theme look like the Beacon one without having to use these programs?

Go to Display Properties, and click on WindowBlinds in the appearance tab, then click on the Per Application button in the sidebar, and add any game that is having problems with WindowBlinds and make sure that "Ignore this application and do not skin it" is checked. That should fix the problem.

yeh i find that the best way exclude all games from these apps, i prefer to have desktop stuff running aswell as play games or whatever and not to keep restarting stuff :o
