windows xp load screen

Is there any program on this site or anywhere else that allows you to customize your Windows XP loading screen? I've seen it done before on my friends laptop, It said CIA instead of Win XP. I just need to know how to do it.

Hmm, I heard they were missing a bunch of computers ...

Seriously though, you can use LogonStudio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ to change the XP logon screen, but there isn't anything here that will change your boot screen.
