start screen in bottom left opens desktop

hi, when I'm in app (live tile) through the start screen and go to the bottom left corner it shows me the start screen, but when I click on it, it takes me to the desktop instead. if I close start8 completely, and try the same issue again, it takes me to the start screen like it should. is there a fix for this issue or a workaround?

It sounds like you do not have Start8 configured correctly for your needs.

On the control page in the configuration dialog you should see two combo boxes under "What should happen when you are in a Modern UI app?"  The second of these controls what happens when you click the hot corner.
