Label Bar Chopped Off

The labels on my fences have been chopped off, leaving an extra ~10px gap where they should be. I know they're active, because I still see the little nubs from the bottom of the bar when hovering over it (circled in image), and I checked that they're enabled in the settings.

Steps I've tried to resolve the problem:
- Restarted Computer
- Disabled and re-enabled labels in fences config
- Installed beta update
- Tried re-sizing, locking and unlocking, etc.
I'm not sure when exactly the problem started, so I have no idea what might have caused it. Any help is appreciated.
