I am in need of help with animated background " where do I start?"

Hi all,

I am a newbie, and I was interested on how I could create an animated wallpaper?

Is there a tutorial that anyone could forward me to?

What imaging software do I require?
- Do I need to use Coreldraw, paintshop pro ??

Once I have the the animated image (wallpaper) which desktop theme software do I use to put it all together? desktopX? Skinstudio? or maybe another?

I want to make a whole theme that is fully animated
in every aspect to the last detail!

If anyone could help me, I will be really really happy.

animated wallpaper;)
you can use from GIF files and you make them with photoshop(ImageReady) paintshop pro(anim)
you can use from html files and put (.swf & .dat &.avi & .mp3 ...) for wallpaper if you use html files but you must use programming for ex.. right () in nodepad & save as html
if you put this file for wallpaper you have an animated wallpaper with DAT format
