The WB skin is LightBlue by Alexandrie https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=1&skinid=2588 and the DX theme appears to be a blank theme with various objects dropped onto it. All of them are available in the DesktopX library here.

werewolf, I was in the army and believe me it's a big world. I did get around. McLean I think (if memory doesn't fail me) was about 1 hour west. I guess I could look it up but lets see if I remembered correctly.
