How long does it take for a skin to be added to wincustomize ??

It can take a while depending on the work load. Also it might have been rejected. Best bet is to ask an admin either by waiting for one to read this thread or e-mail one.

On the Weekends, there is not much activity as far as moderation goes from the Admins. I too am waiting for a skin to be added called TooBlueDX. I uploaded on Friday.

Give it till the end of tomorrow. If it doesn't show up by then try e-mailing one of the Moderators on this page https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=about

if you ever get a submission rejected, you'll receive an email letting you know. for things like dx themes it takes longer than wallpapers, since we try to run them for a bit to make sure they function ok.

and yeah, as elvee says, there isn't as much moderation activity on the weekends.

depends on the skin.. windowblinds skins go in their own folder inside the windowblinds folder:
c:\program files\object desktop\windowblinds
