charged twice and got message ''payment unsuccesfull, card declined''

I recently tried to purchase Start8, I tried using my mastercard for the payment, twice. In both payments, I got the message ''credit card is declined'' purchase was unsucceesfull, but I see in my transaction history that I've been charged couple of dollars in both of them.

I emailed support but no replies yet :/

I succesfully completed the payment with paypal option on the 3rd try, Order number: 2529783.

I demand a refund for the first two orders.

Hello,

You made six attempts to purchase.  We only charged for one (the last).  If you think there is another charge, you may want to contact your bank.
