Uninstaller doesn't work

Hello, I am unable to delete Start8 from my computer.

When I try to delete the folder, I get the message "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program". When I try to run the Uninstaller, I get a popup window saying "Invalid start mode: archive filename"

You do NOT delete programs from your computer. You uninstall them using the uninstaller which you will find in:

Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Look for Start8, then double click it to uninstall.

If you have previously tried to delete the files or folder, then you will have to reinstall Start8 prior to uninstalling it correctly.

Ahh, I wasn't aware of that. I come from Mac and I've always just deleted things on that. Thanks for letting me know
