Multiple Displays - Turn off taskbar on secondary display

Is there a way to turn off the taskbar on all but the primary display? I see the way to turn on the start8 button on the secondary display's taskbar, but how can I turn off the taskbar completely on everything but the primary?

Thats a Windows setting.

Right click on the taskbar, select properties from the menu and disable it for additional monitors on the settings shown to you.
