Stardock Exclusions - WB 3.4

Just wondering about Stardock exclusions for WB 3.4. I use MSMoney 2002 and Norton AV 2002 and wanted them skinned. I removed the Stardock exclusions for them, assuming that the results might produce some instability, but hoping otherwise. Well, I can't say I notice any adverse effects. Have there been improvements in the code that allow WB to skin these (and other) apps. without problem?

P.S. - I know that this may not be the place to ask, but wth.
