Start8 menu fails to appear when window context menu is visible

Hi, the situation is like this. When the context menu of an explorer window is shown, pressing the Win button on the keyboard of will cause the Start8 menu to flash on and disappear again.

 

Expected behaviour: the Start8 menu should appear, either sharing the screen with the context menu, or causing the context menu to disappear.

And so it does. . . on mine too. Now we just need to hear from Stardock, and if the gods be with us ;-) then it may very well be fixed in an upcoming release.
