IconPackager Problem

I am new in here. It is My first post. I'm installed icon packager 5.1 trial version. its working as good. but when i restarted my pc after that windows explorer did not start and showing black screen with busy mouse signal. When i removed it from safe mode then my windows explorer start perfectly. Again i installed iconPackager then again i have faced same problem. I am using ACER Aspire laptop, Windows7 ultimate 32bit. 4GB Ram. Is it my pc's problem or soft? What can I do? Any Solution please? Sorry for my bad English.

Does it have eSecurity installed and running? If so, try turning it off. Some Stardock apps didn't play well with it. How old is the laptop?

No there was no eSecurity. And My Laptop is 2-years old and model is ACER Aspire-4741,Core I3 processor.
