Start8 registration problems

Ok so i brought start8 about 3 days ago upon buying it i try to register the program and it says my account doesn't have any purchases then when i try to enter the serial it says it registered to another account. So i then i submit a ticket and i also email you guys and 3 days later im still waiting. am i doing something wrong?
