Need Help on Putting a ObjectBar

I need help..when you download the objectbar..where do i save it to or open to ? im confused...thx

I created a dump folder and download everything to it by right clicking on the download and save as and put ir into my dump folder. Then you will know where everything is. Then doubleclick on it and it should put it into your objectbar program.
