Serial Number given not functional

Hello everyone,

I have payed and downloaded Elemental : fallen enchantress on my computer but now when i wanna play to it with the stardock registration, it is said that my serial number is not valid for playing at "Elemental - Fallen enchantress" even if i already used it for the downloading.

Someone can help because i really want to play to this game
