Conflict? with Video Editing Software

I have been experiencing some problems with some of the skins (e.g. Revel and Beacon to be exact). My system is Windows XP. Whenever I choose these to be my skin, one of my softwares (Ulead Media Studio) specifically my Video Editing feature. Can someone tell me if it's my system or the skins that is the problem. THanks in advance.

I don't use WB, but in the past when I have messed around with it I noticed there was an exclusion feature for apps that had problems. You could always make a note of the particular features on the skins that cause you trouble until you find the culprit. Some skins have extra buttons and whatnot that might not jive with the UI of the app you are talking about.

Ulead doesn't use Windows' classic window look, I would exclude it.
