Purchased Software Issue - Cannot Activate

Hello Stardock Community.

I recently tried to activate my software on my laptop, and it says that the activation limit has been reached for all of the applications. I think this may have happened because I had to re-format my laptop's Hard Drive multiple times because of issues I was facing with it.

So could it be possible if I could get the activation limit reset?

Software currently purchased:

• WindowFX 5

• WindowBlinds 7

• IconPackager

• Fences 2

P.s. I also tried e-mailing Stardock Support, but for some reason I never got any auto reply with my ticket number, or anything similar to that.

Hello again.

I got an e-mail back a few days ago, and it says that you never got a response. So somehow there must be an issue with my e-mail. And I have also checked to see if any Stardock related e-mails were blocked, but there isn't any.

Yes, hello there. What's happened is that I have been having some issues with my laptop's Hard Drive and it has been causing me to re-activate the software a lot of times. The issues were to do with software that I installed on my computer, and caused my computer to do certain tasks that I had no knowledge of.
 
I really do apologise if this has been any trouble for you, and will absolutely make sure that this doesn't happen again.
