Star8 - Decor8 Activation issues

Hello, i have a problem with Star8 and Decor8. Recently i bought a new laptop and for software testing need to reformat lot of times. Now it's all ok, but can't activate because it appears a activation limit.

The ticket support hasn't any response. Please help me
