Why can't I order OD or subscript to WinCustomize?

I have tried repeatedly in the last two days (12x or more)to order OD from Stardock. I keep getting an error message"StoreFront has encountered an error with the page you are attempting to view. Please contact the webmaster at the site ..." I have also emailed Sales and gotten no response. Any idea what is going on? I HAVE been able to download the trial versions of Window Blindsand and Icon Packager. After going through this messae board for advise and assistance I decided this would be worth the cost, NOW I cannot order OD or the annual subscription to WinCustomize. Does anyone know what is the problem. I realize SDock has stated they are flooded, but how long does it take to get things straighten out? Help before I change my mind!

It sounds like you have the page cached or something. have you tried getting rid of the temp. internet files and cookies associated with that page? (The store saves cookies). The store is up and is not currently flooded.
