I have opened a Support Ticket with Stardock on 25 December 2012 06:31 PM and tried again on 09 January 2013 09:33 AM. I am still waiting for an answer...
As a last resort I hope someone here knows a solution to my Problem before I try to get a refund from Steam.

I bought Sins of a Solar Empire - Rebellion in Steam. When I start the game the Stardock Account Registration Windows appears, entering my Account details or trying to create a new Account results in the following error:
