Why there is no Quiet 3.ogg?

What happened to the Quiet 3.ogg file? Was there ever one? If yes, why it was removed/never shipped?

 

I mean we have Quiet 2.ogg and we have Quiet 4.ogg :-"

 

There should be a Quiet 3.ogg... maybe an long time oversight?

I was wondering that too last night. I'm making a new version of my personal music replacement mod, and noticed Quiet 3 was missing. However, my music replacement mod from Diplomacy has a quiet 3...  o_O

This is actually a really good question I have wondered myself...unfortunately I don't have trinity installed to check but if you say it ain't there then it ain't...
