'Drag-to-close' hand. . .

Hi there,

Can we have added to Start8's Desktop Configuration a setting to 'Disable the drag-to-close hand' (that hand which shows itself when pointing at the top of the screen)? Presently the only way to disable it is by the setting "Disable all Windows 8 hot corners when at the Desktop", however sometimes I want to leave top left hot corner or the charms bar active.
