Ram,Memory,CPU,Disk space. I've seen those menues in nextstart themesbut how do i get em up??

NextStart currently doesn't have those gizmos. You're probably seeing a screenshot which has NextStart as well as some other system meter app displayed that has a skin that matches the NextStart skin.

There are several different skinnable memory/ram/cpu apps out there. For instance, Sysmeter and Skinmem.
