Patience on a monument

Hello, is anyone able to assist with trouble tickets here?

I submitted a ticket nearly 3weeks ago, and no response other than auto-email on first day.

You can drop into chat (IRC) via the Stardock Support page (left hand column first entry): https://www.stardock.com/support/?from=nav

after 9 a.m. daily and ask for a Support person to help... one more option for you. :)

 

Also... have you checked your email "spam/junk" folders and did you write subsequently (before hearing from an actual Support person?) - if you did, your original request for help got kicked back to the end of the queue.
