Renewal subscription not working in Stardock Central

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I renewed my Object Desktop sub on Dec 27th, but Stardock Central says I don't have a subscription and I can't download any of the software. I opened ticket with support 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on things to try while I'm waiting on a reply to my open support ticket. Thanks in advance for any help.

You had two accounts (with two emails) using the same serial.

They are now merged and all should be well.

Everythign is associated with the yahoo email.

 

You can change it if you want.

If you want to make a change to your account, you can manage most Stardock account issues (including changing your password, resetting your password if you forgot it, and moving products from one account to another) at https://www.stardock.com/support/ in the "Account Tools" section. http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/Images/Websites/Support_account.png

Look for the "Update Account Info" link (https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo )
