Same problem for me - made purchase and my downloads says expired

I made the purchase yesterday and now in my downloads it says my subscription expired the same day I made the purchase?

Object Desktop Subscription - Expired: 1/3/2013

I also opened a support ticket yesterday, but as of today - no response on it - it still sits unacknowledged. Can I get assistance here?
