Windowsblind Does not load at all in my winxp?

Windowsblind wont work on my XP pro, i install reinstall etc.. wont work was working on win2k, it says that is load but is not so i cant change or see any skin and i paid for this chit HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP?

WB works a little differently in XP than it does in Windows 2000. In 2000, you had a Skins tab in the Display Properties, but on XP you will not. You should have WindowBlinds options on the Appearance tab in the Display Properties instead. Did you look there?
