Where can I find all of the XP icons with both up and down states?

I've searched everywhere!

Icons do not have up and down states. Perhaps you are referring to DesktopX objects? Check in the DesktopX library here, although I don't think you'll find "icons" like the ones that come with XP.

the Amiga had icons with down and up states. it was better than PC and Mac anyways.
