So uninstalled the game, reinstalled done everything I possibly can- but there are no speed buttons
I remember them being there last year, Anyone have any idea why they vanished?

This is what I'm seeing
press the plus and minus keys on your keyboard. Those will give you the same result.
Nevermind! someone figured it out- somehow my diplomacy short cut was linking to the regular game :l changed the path and all is well now.
