What happened to the search feature?

You used to be able to search wallpapers (and the other libraries I'm sure) by category, date, author, etc. Then a few days ago the server was down a few hours saying it was updating. When it came back up, the search features were gone. What gives?

The search feature doesn't show when I'm logged in. When I'm not logged in, I can see it. What gives?

Right now the search feature is disabled to citizens/non-customers when there are >600 or so people in the library at once since it's the most CPU intensive feature and until the new server comes in, CPU resources are at a premium.
