in wich way i can change the name of the "start" button in Windows XP?!?!please help me!!! >

do you mean that you want to change the word "Start" to something else?

Actually, if you don't use Windowblinds, you can change the text of the start button (the word "start") by editing the file "explorer.exe" with a resource editor. Here is a link that explains how:
