SOSE registration

I cannot receive updates to my copy of Stardock Trinity.  I purchased the DVD from Amazon this fall and enjoy playing as a single player, but despite repeated emails to Gamestop, my problem is still unresolved.  When I attempt to press update for my copy of Trinity listed under my name on the Gamestop site under "My Games", I get a message that the registration code is not correct or is with another product (I'm holding the DVD and my "Sins Trinity Reg Code" is on the back of the manual) - I press the "Redeem" button and enter the code and I get the same type of message.  When posting my issue on the Gamestop Forums under Stardock, I got no help although "BPMonkey" asked for a private email with the registration code and they would help - I did so and have heard nothing since, although I have left other emails - BPMonkey no longer accepts my emails.  I have paid for the DVD and have the registration code - why can't I get updates to Stardock's SOSE Trinity DVD version??

I tried the same thing and am getting the same error.  Nothing works. 

 

I remember when digital registration first reared it's ugly head.  People warned about this sort of thing happening.  They were right.  It's a shame, I would really like to play this game again.
