Purchased Fences, but no confirmation email or serial code provided?

So I own Start8 and successfully received a serial key for that, and I just purchased fences last night using my CC through the app. The charge shows up on my bank statement and it seems to be activated on my main desktop but on my laptop where I have it installed as well. There is no way to activate that Fences using my account.

Will I receive a serial key for this?

 

To add, nothing shows up as purchased under my Stardock account either. I have the email provided with the serial key for Start8 but I never even received a confirmation email to show that Fences2.0 was purchased.
