Old maps to new game

So I am trying to bring some old map to the new game and I cannot seem to get them over is there any tool that is current to help me achieve this.  I have tried copy and pasting the .galaxy to every folder that I can think of and still they dont show up.  What do I do?

Galaxy forge maps made for Diplomacy no longer work in Rebellion. Harpo's map updater maybe able to do it, but there is no official solution.

Someone made a map updater, Java based, for old Galaxy Forge maps. It's somewhere in this sub-forum iirc, but I forget where.
